Materials :
250 ml of water coffee / espresso
500 g dark 72% chocolate couverture, chopped
250 g unsalted butter, melt
8 chicken eggs
200 g granulated sugar

How to make:
- Put chocolate in a bowl / basin.
- Cook until hot coffee water right. Lift.
- Pour into the chocolate, stir until chocolate melted and smooth.
- Add the butter and stir well.
- Beat eggs and sugar with mixer unit low speed or wire whisk until the sugar melted.
